【Abstract】 In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,strengthening the development of rural human resources is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of rural industries and accelerating the process of rural agricultural modernization.In April 2020,Qinghai Minhe Hui and Tu Autonomous County withdrew from the list of poverty-stricken counties.Under such a background,an analysis was made of current situation of rural human resources in the autonomous county through field investigations and questionnaire surveys to locate the problems in the development of rural human resources there and seek corresponding solutions with a purpose to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.更多还原
