MCM-22、MCM-49、β及Y分子筛在苯液相烷基化合成乙苯反应中的应用
Application of MCM-22,MCM-49,β and Y zeolites in liquid phase alkylation of benzene to ethylbenzene
【摘要】 采用10 L高压反应釜动态水热合成了 MCM-22、MCM-49及β分子筛,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、NH3-程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)、X射线荧光(XR F)、N2-吸附脱附(BET)等手段对其结构物性进行了表征测试。考察了上述分子筛催化剂在苯和乙烯液相烷基化合成乙苯反应中的催化性能,并与进口Y分子筛进行了对比。结果表明,在n(苯):n(乙烯)=2.6、t=210℃、p=3.4 MPa条件下,MCM-22分子筛催化性能优于Y、MCM-49、β分子筛,其乙烯转化率与β分子筛相当,大于99%;同时获得最高的乙苯选择性(84 %),连续反应60 h催化性能稳定。
【Abstract】 MCM-22,MCM-49 and β zeolites were synthesized by dynamic hydrothermal method in the 10 L high pressure autoclave.The properties of catalysts were characterized by XRD,NH3-TPD,XRF and BET.The catalytic performance of samples in the liquid phase alkylation of benzene with ethylene to ethylbenzene was investigated and compared with imported Y zeolite.The results showed that the catalytic performance of MCM-22 zeolite was better than Y,MCM-49 and β zeolites under the conditions of benzene/ethylene ratio as low as 2.6,reaction temperature 210℃ and reaction pressure 3.4 MPa,and its catalytic activity was equivalent to β zeolite,and the ethylene conversion rate was over 99%.At the same time,the highest ethylbenzene selectivity(84%) was obtained,and the catalytic performance was stable within 60 hours of continuous reaction.
