【Abstract】 With the rapid development of my country’s economy, it is an important means to adapt to the national conditions and to respond to my country’s population growth by increasing the intensity of public infrastructure construction. The construction of public infrastructure inevitably needs huge financial support. BOT financing projects provide a new direction for solving the problem of huge construction funds through various methods such as private fund-raising and introduction of foreign capital. In the process of my country’s reform and opening up, BOT financing has not been running for a long time in my country, lacking experience, and facing more risks.
