【摘要】 基于2006—2018年我国上市公司的面板数据,运用扩展的Griliches-Jaffe知识生产函数,对知识产权保护水平与企业创新绩效之间的相关关系进行实证分析。研究结果显示,两者之间存在显著的倒"U"型关系,且我国当前除西藏自治区外,其余各省的知识产权保护水平均高于"最优知识产权保护水平",进一步研究发现,第二产业的"最优知识产权保护水平"略高于第三产业。因此,建议政府在完善知识产权保护体系时,应该细化相关法律法规,针对不同行业、不同地区采取针对性的知识产权保护政策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the panel data of China’s listed companies from 2006 to 2018,this paper uses the extended Griliches Jaffe knowledge production function to empirically analyze the correlation between intellectual property protection level and enterprise innovation performance.The results show that there is a significant inverted"U"relationship between the two.Besides Tibet Autonomous Region,the intellectual property protection level of other provinces in China is higher than the"optimal intellectual property protection level".Further research shows that the"optimal intellectual property protection level"of the secondary industry is slightly higher than that of the tertiary industry.Therefore,it is suggested that the government should refine the relevant laws and regulations and adopt targeted intellectual property protection policies for different industries and regions when improving the intellectual property protection system.更多还原
