【摘要】 建立以餐饮企业为核心的稳定并且有竞争力的供应链对于餐饮企业的发展具有重要意义。在乡村振兴战略背景下以新型农业经营主体与餐饮企业的合作为研究对象,探索二者直接深入合作的可行性。借助于Stackelberg博弈分析无合作、分散合作及集中决策合作三种情形下的农户收益、餐饮企业收益及供应链整体收益。结果表明,在满足一定条件时,合作能够提高供应链成员的收益及整体收益,集中决策模式可以把这种收益最大化。通过数值模拟分析,验证了结论的有效性,并对相关参数进行了灵敏度分析。最后结合分析结论给出了餐饮企业与新型农业经营主体合作的策略及相关建议。研究为餐饮企业与新型农业经营主体的供应链合作提供了理论依据,为培育新型农业经营主体及乡村振兴背景下农户增收致富方式提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The establishment of a stable and competitive supply chain with catering companies as the core is of great significance to the development of catering companies.This paper explores the feasibility of direct and indepth cooperation between new agricultural operators and catering enterprises in the context of rural revitalisation strategy. With the help of Stackelberg’s game,we analyse the benefits to farmers,the benefits to catering enterprises and the overall benefits to the supply chain under three scenarios: no cooperation,decentralised cooperation and centralised decision-making cooperation. The results show that when certain conditions are met,cooperation can increase the returns of the supply chain members and the overall returns,and the centralised decision-making model can maximise such returns. The validity of the findings is verified through numerical analysis,and sensitivity analysis is conducted on the relevant parameters. Finally,strategies and related suggestions for cooperation between catering enterprises and new agricultural operators are given in conjunction with the analysis findings. The study provides a theoretical basis for the cooperation between catering enterprises and new agricultural business entities in the agricultural product supply chain,and provides a reference for cultivating new agricultural business entities and ways to increase farmers’ income in the context of rural revitalization.更多还原
