【Abstract】 The worldwide spread of COVID-19 Epidemic in 2020 has become a non-ignorable historical variable to reshape the global politics, economy and society, and also is a new normal and protracted war that nations across the globe must address. At present, the world economy is just in the most severe recession period and steepdownturn period since the Great Depression as a whole. The economic harm to the globe brought by the Epidemic has fundamentally intensified economic game, political friction and military confrontation between big nations. However, industry chain layout, supply of resources & consumer goods, and various supportive logistics services all necessitate mutual support, close cooperation and collaborative efforts in the big global environment in the background of open economy.
