【摘要】 当前,我国继续教育方兴未艾,非学历继续教育作为继续教育的重要组成部分,高校应充分利用其各方面优势,大力发展非学历继续教育,以助力终身学习体系和学习型社会的构建。西南交通大学通过探索、实践,提出满足新发展征程的非学历继续教育办学理念,通过分析自身优势,制定非学历继续教育发展方向,有效探索了高校非学历继续教育发展之路。同时,通过开展非学历继续教育,建立了服务学校思政工作、服务人才培养工作、服务教师发展工作路径,有效提升了高等教育人才培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, continuing education in China has developed rapidly. Non-academic continuing education is an important part of the continuing education system and plays an important role in adult education. Colleges and universities should make full use of their advantages to vigorously develop non-academic continuing education for building a lifelong learning system and a learning society. Through exploration and practice, Southwest Jiaotong University puts forward the idea of running school to meet the new development journey of non-academic continuing education. Based on the advantages of universities itself, Southwest Jiaotong University formulates the development direction of non-academic continuing education, and effectively explores the development path of non-academic continuing education in colleges and universities.
