【摘要】 就业是最大的民生,关系到国家、社会、高校和毕业生的切身利益。"慢就业""不就业""就业难"等问题对新时代高校大学生就业指导工作提出挑战。本研究通过分析目前高校就业指导存在的问题、大学生就业面临的问题,以及"全程化""全方位"就业指导的理论与实践,提出"从起点开始实践""从节点推进实践""从重点夯实实践""从焦点精准实践"等四个方面的实践思路,希望对各高校形成自己特色、符合本校特点的就业指导提供参考借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Employment is the biggest livelihood,related to the vital interests of the country,society,universities and graduates.The problems of "slow employment","no employment" and "difficult employment" challenge the employment guidance of college students in the new era.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the current employment guidance of colleges and universities,the problems faced by the employment of college students,the theory and practice of "whole process" and "all-round" employment guidance,this paper puts forward four practical ideas:"practice from the starting point","practice from the node","practice from the focus","practice from the focus",Hope to provide reference for colleges and universities to form their own characteristics,in line with the characteristics of employment guidance.更多还原
