【摘要】 校企协同实践育人模式是人才培养的重要方式之一,也是落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径。本文以某工科院校(N校)机电学院为例,分析校企协同实践育人在提高教育质量、提升人才培养水平方面的重要意义。指出目前存在的顶层设计缺失、协同形式单一、保障机制不力、育人成效局限等问题。提出建立领导机制、完善保障机制、优化激励机制的常态化模式建设方法,从而推动校企协同实践育人工作成效的提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 University-enterprise synergetic practice education mode plays a significant role in cultivating talents and carrying out the fundamental task of moral education. In this paper, the mechanical and electrical college of N university, an engineering university, is taken as an example to analyze the significance of university-enterprise synergetic practice education in improving the quality of education and enhancing talent cultivation. This paper points out the existing problems, such as the lack of top-level design, the single form of synergy, the weak guarantee mechanism and the limited effect of education. Focused on these problems, this paper puts forward the normalization mode construction method, including establishing the leadership mechanism, improving the guarantee mechanism and optimizing the incentive mechanism, so as to promote the effectiveness of university-enterprise synergetic practice education.更多还原
