【Abstract】 After the first National Congress of CPC, Zhang Tailei had been to Japan for a week, Chen Duxiu was absolutely furious when he learned about it. Though it was not a big thing, but Maring who was the representative of the Communist International at that time, the leaders of the CPC and many important figures were involved in it.
