【摘要】 供给和需求的关系是认识和理解经济活动的基本范式,无论是供给侧结构性改革和需求侧管理,还是加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局,本质上都是追求供求关系动态平衡与良性互动的过程。供给侧结构性改革仍是必须坚持的主线,但这并不意味着要放弃需求侧管理,而是要更加重视打通需求侧的一些"堵点"。在双循环新发展格局中以国内大循环为主体,不仅是必要的,也是完全可行的,但绝不是要搞闭关锁国。当前,形成需求牵引供给、供给创造需求的更高水平动态平衡与良性互动的供求关系,对我国在双循环新发展格局下实现高质量可持续发展有非常重大的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relationship between supply and demand is the basic paradigm for understanding economic activities.Whether it is supply-side structural reform and demand-side management,or speeding up the construction of a new development situation in which domestic and international dual circulation dominate and reinforce each other,it is in essence a process of pursuing the dynamic balance and benign interaction between supply and demand. Supply-side structural reform remains our main task,yet,this does not mean to give up demand-side management,but pay more attention to breaking through some "blocking points"on the demand side instead. At present,it is of great significance for China to realize high-quality and sustainable development under the new pattern of dual cycle development to form a higher-level dynamic balance and benign interaction between supply and demand,in which demand pulls supply and supply creates demand.更多还原
