影响夫精宫腔内人工授精临床妊娠女性因素分析
Analysis of female factors affecting the clinical pregnancy rate of intrauterine insemination by husband
【摘要】 目的:探讨影响夫精宫腔内人工授精(IUI)临床妊娠率的女性相关因素。方法:回顾性分析2013年6月-2019年6月在本院生殖医学科接受IUI治疗的174对夫妇364个周期临床资料。比较分析妊娠组与非妊娠组男女年龄、不孕年限、女方体质指数BMI、女性卵巢功能、是否促排卵治疗与IUl临床妊娠关系。结果:抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)妊娠组(3.44±0.79 ng/ml)高于非妊娠组(2.66±0.70 ng/ml),妊娠率促排卵周期组(20.9%)高于自然周期妊娠组(12.4%)(均P<0.05);影响IUI临床妊娠率的女性相关因素logistic回归分析显示,患者AMH水平和促排卵治疗是IUI妊娠成功的独立影响因素(OR=16.206,4.530,均P<0.05)。结论:AMH水平高、促排卵治疗可促进IUI妊娠成功。
【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the female factors affecting the clinical pregnancy rate of intrauterine insemination(IUI) by husband. Methods: The clinical data of a total of 174 couples who received IUI by husband treatment for 364 cycles from June 2013 to June 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. The relationship between the age of couples, infertility years, female BMI, female ovarian function, or whether ovulation induction treatment of the couples and their clinical pregnancy rate after IUl by husband was analyzed. The clinical pregnancy rate was compared between the women with and without pregnancy. Results: The anti-mullerian hormone level(3.44±0.79 ng/ml) of the women with pregnancy was significant higher than that(2.66±0.70 ng/ml) of the women without pregnancy. The rate of pregnancy(20.9%) of the women in ovulation induction cycle was significant higher than that(12.4%) of the women in natural ovulation cycle(all P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis for the female related factors affecting the clinical pregnancy rate after IUI had showed that AMH level and ovulation induction therapy were the independent factors of the success of pregnancy after IUI(OR=16.206, 4.530, all P<0.05). Conclusion: The high level of AMH and ovulation induction therapy can improve the success of pregnancy after IUI by husband.
