【摘要】 针对历史文化街区保护与更新过程中缺乏公众参与等问题,选取满洲里中东铁路第一站历史文化街区(简称"南区")为例,研究使用人群对南区物质空间与非物质空间环境感知的评价。基于使用后评价理论,运用感性评价SD法,得出使用者对南区空间环境感知的语义评价,并分析其形成原因,进而提出适宜的街区空间尺度、单体建筑与周边环境协调统一、街区文化的有效延伸等历史文化街区规划设计策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Given the lack of public participation in the preservation and renewal of historical and cultural blocks, this paper selects the historical and cultural block of the first station of the Middle East Railway(hereinafter referred to as “South District”) as an example to study the evaluation of users’ perception of physical space and intangible space environment in the South District. Based on the postoccupancy evaluation theory and the perceptual evaluation SD method, this paper obtains the semantic evaluation of users’ perception of the spatial environment in the South District, analyzes its causes, and then puts forward the planning and design strategies of historical and cultural blocks, such as the appropriate block spatial scale, the coordination and unity of single buildings and the surrounding environment, and the effective extension of block culture.更多还原
