激光制备带热障涂层高温合金微孔工艺研究
Research on laser machining of micro-holes in superalloy with thermal barrier coating
【摘要】 高温合金多用作涡轮机等热端部件的材料,为降低部件工作温度通常需要在机体上制备大量的冷却微孔。激光加工技术适用性广,尤其能加工高硬度、高熔点材料,对于高温合金的微孔加工有独特优势。本文介绍了冷却微孔的实际应用,详细介绍了激光制备带热涂层高温合金的研究进展。分析并讨论了激光制孔热障涂层工艺的优势与不足,包括飞秒激光制备热障涂层高温合金,皮秒纳秒和毫秒激光器制备带热涂层高温合金等,最后总结了激光加工热障涂层微孔技术的问题与发展趋势。
【Abstract】 Superalloys are mostly used as materials for hot end parts such as turbines. In order to reduce the working temperature of the parts, it is usually necessary to prepare a large number of cooling micropores in the body. Laser processing technology has wide applicability, especially for processing high hardness, high melting point materials, and has unique advantages for micro-hole processing of superalloys. This article introduces the practical application of cooling micropores, and details the research progress of laser preparation of thermally coated superalloys. The advantages and disadvantages of the laser hole-making thermal barrier coating process are analyzed and discussed, including femtosecond laser preparation of thermal barrier coating superalloy, picosecond nanosecond and millisecond laser preparation of thermally coated superalloy, etc. Finally, the problems and development trends of laser processing thermal barrier coating micro-hole technology are summarized.
