45所三级医院门诊优质护理服务工作现况
Current Situation of High Quality Nursing Service in 45 Outpatient Clinics of Tertiary Hospitals
【摘要】 目的评价全省三级医院门诊实施优质护理服务的成效,分析优质护理服务在门诊应用中可能存在的问题并提出应对策略,提出下一步工作计划。方法依照《2019年全省三级医院门诊优质护理服务评价标准》中的要求,对全省45所三级医院门诊优质护理服务的开展情况进行调研。结果 45所医院开展优质护理服务督导平均分为(194.38±31.08)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。"评价表"的六大维度得分中预约诊疗(45.40±10.08)分、医院感染预防与控制管理(37.43±8.57)分、门诊手术室管理18.50(12.00,20.00)分,与标准得分相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 45所医院门诊优质护理服务还需进一步深入改革,求真务实,突破瓶颈,完善落实各项规章制度,持续改进护理质量,以发挥示范带头作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of the implementation of quality nursing service in the outpatient department of a provincial tertiary hospital, analyze the possible problems in the application of quality nursing service in the outpatient department, and propose countermeasures for the future work. Methods In accordance with "Evaluation standard for quality nursing service in a provincial tertiary hospital in 2019-outpatient service", a survey was conducted on the development of quality nursing service in 45 tertiary hospitals in a province. ResultsThe average score(194.38±31.08) of the 45 hospitals conducting supervision on quality nursing services was statistically significant(P<0.05). Among the scores of the six dimensions in the evaluation table, appointment diagnosis and treatment(45.40±10.08) scored notarization infection prevention and control management(37.43±8.57) and outpatient operating room management18.50(12.00,20.00), the comparison with the standard score was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion We need to further reform the quality nursing service in 45 out-patient hospitals, break the bottleneck, improve and implement the rules and regulations, and continuously improve the quality of nursing, so as to play an exemplary role.
