【摘要】 目的探讨消化性溃疡患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与胃内菌群的相关性。方法选取2018年4月～10月潍坊市益都中心医院收治的60例胃溃疡和72例十二指肠溃疡患者,根据Hp感染情况将所选患者分为Hp阴性组(50例)和Hp感染组(82例),采集两组胃黏膜标本,采用多种选择性培养基在需氧、厌氧情况下分离培养细菌,结合Hp感染情况,分析胃内主要菌群的结构组成,并采用Pearson分析方法分析Hp感染与胃内菌群的相关性。结果 132例消化性溃疡患者,Hp总感染率为62.12%(82/132);胃溃疡患者Hp感染率为61.67%(37/60),十二指肠溃疡为62.50%(45/72),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Hp阴性组乳杆菌检出率为42.00%,高于Hp感染组的21.95%(P <0.05);Hp阴性组厌氧菌检出率为22.43%,低于Hp感染组的42.68%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。Hp阴性组胃内细菌总量为(1.38±0.72)×103cfu/g,高于Hp感染组的(0.84±0.63)×103cfu/g(P <0.05)。Hp感染与乳杆菌检出率呈正相关(r=0.665),与厌氧菌检出率呈负相关(r=-0.501,P <0.05)。结论Hp感染与乳杆菌检出率呈正相关,与厌氧菌检出率呈负相关,严重影响胃溃疡与十二指肠溃疡患者胃内菌群变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection and gastric flora in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods 60 patients with gastric ulcer and 72 patients with duodenal ulcer who underwent gastroscopy in our hospital between April 2018 and October 2018 were selected,and the selected patients were divided into Hp-negative group(50 cases) and the Hp infection group(82 cases) according to the status of Hp infection. Gastric mucosa specimens were collected,and bacteria was separated and cultured under aerobic and anaerobic conditions. The analyze the correlation between Hp infection and gastric flora using Pearson mothods. Results In total 132 patients with peptic ulcer,the Hp infection rate was 62.12%(82/132). The Hp infection rate in patients with gastric ulcer was 61.67%(37/60),and that in duodenal ulcers was 62.50%(45/72)(P > 0.05).The detection rate of Lactobacillus in the Hp-negative group was 42.00%,that was higher than the Hp-infected group 29.15%(P < 0.05.The detection rate of anaerobic bacteria in the Hp-negative group was 22.43%,that was lower than the Hp infection group 42.68%(P< 0.05).The total number of bacteria in the stomach in the Hp-negative group was(1.38 ± 0.72) × 103 cfu/g,that was higher than that in the Hp infection group[(0.84 ± 0.63) × 103 cfu/g, P < 0.05.Hp infection was positively correlated with Lactobacillus(r=0.665) and negatively correlated with anaerobic bacteria(r =-0.501)(P < 0.05). Conclusion Hp infection is positively correlated with the detection rate of lactobacillus,and negatively correlated with the detection rate of anaerobic bacteria,which seriously affects the changes of gastric flora in patients with gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer.更多还原
