高尿酸血症同型半胱氨酸和胱抑素C与血脂、炎症及血管内皮功能的关系
Relationship between plasma Hcy and Cys C levels with blood lipid,inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function in patients with hyperuricemia
【摘要】 目的探讨高尿酸血症患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平和胱抑素C(Cys C)水平与其血脂、炎症因子及血管内皮功能的关系。方法选取2019年1月~12月玉林市红十字会医院收治的高尿酸血症患者100例为试验组和同期健康查体者30例为对照组。试验组采用非布司他(40 mg,qd)连续治疗12周。比较两组血尿酸(SUA)水平、血浆Hcy和Cys C、C反应蛋白(CRP)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平及血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和白介素(IL-6)水平等。并分析试验组血浆Hcy、Cys C水平与其SUA、血浆CRP、TG、TC水平、血浆ET-1水平及血清TNF-α、IL-6水平的关系。结果与对照组比较,试验组SUA、血浆Hcy、Cys C、CRP、TG、TC和ET-1水平、血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均升高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,试验组治疗后SUA、血浆Hcy、Cys C、CRP、TG、TC和ET-1水平、血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。Pearson线性相关分析结果显示,试验组血浆Hcy、Cys C水平与其SUA、血浆CRP、TG、TC及ET-1水平和血清TNF-α和IL-6水平均呈正相关(Hcy:r=0.842、0.858、0.836、0.744、0.875、0.756、0.829;Cys C:r=0.819、0.873、0.776、0.849、0.828、0.786、0.792,P <0.05)。结论高尿酸血症患者血浆Hcy、Cys C水平均升高且与其SUA、血脂、炎症因子及血管内皮功能密切相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine(Hcy)and cystatin C(Cys C)levels with blood lipids,inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function in patients with hyperuricemia.Methods 100 cases of patients with hyperuricemia in the hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the experimental group,and 30 cases of healthy volunteers were selected as control group.Serum uric acid(SUA)level、plasma Hcy and Cys C,C-reactive protein(CRP),triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC),endothelin-1(ET-1)levels and serum tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels of the two groups were compared.The relationship between plasma Hcy and Cys C level with SUA,plasma CRP,TG,TC,ET-1 levels and serum TNF-αand IL-6 levels in the study group were analyzed.Results Compared with those of the control group,the SUA,plasma Hcy,Cys C,CRP,TG,TC and ET-1 levels,serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels in the experimental group were significantly elevated(P < 0.05).Compared with that those of before treatment,after treatment SUA,plasma Hcy,Cys C,CRP,TG,TC and ET-1 levels,serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels in the experimental group were significantly elevated(P < 0.05).Pearson linear correlation analysis showed that plasma Hcy and Cys C levels were positively correlated with SUA,plasma CRP,TG,TC,ET-1 levels,serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels(Hcy:r=0.842,0.858,0.836,0.744,0.875,0.756,0.829;Cys C:r=0.819,0.873,0.776,0.849,0.828,0.786,0.792,P < 0.05).Conclusion Plasma Hcy and Cys C level in patients with hyperuricemia were high and closely related to SUA,blood lipid,inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function.
