【摘要】 目的系统评价不同运动方式对改善维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis, MHD)患者步行能力的效果。方法系统检索万方、维普、中国知网、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、ScienceDirect、Web of Science等数据库中运动干预对MHD患者步行能力改善的相关文献,经文献筛选和资料提取,采用Cochrane 5.1评价工具进行文献质量评价,采用RevMan 5.3、R 4.0.3和STATA 15.1软件进行统计分析。结果最终纳入31项随机对照试验,共计样本量1338例,7种不同运动干预方式。网状Meta分析结果显示,透析中呼吸锻炼、非透析中联合运动和透析中联合运动居于7种运动提高MHD患者步行能力的前3位。结论 MHD患者进行多种运动锻炼可以提高其步行能力,尤以透析中呼吸锻炼、透析中或非透析中的有氧联合抗阻的运动效果最为明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of different types of exercise in improving the walking ability of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients.Methods The databases of Wan Fang, VIP,China National Knowledge Infrastructure, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, ScienceDirect, and Web of Science were searched for the articles related to effectiveness of exercise on the walking ability of patients undergoing MHD. After literature screening and data extraction, Cochran 5.1 manual was used for quality evaluation. RevMan 5.3,R 4.0.3 and STATA 15.1 software were used for statistical analysis.Results Thirty-one studies were included, with 1338 participants and 7 types of exercise.The results showed that intradialytic respiratory muscle training, non-intradialytic combined exercise, and intradialytic combined exercise were the top three types in improving the walking ability of MHD patients.Conclusions The walking ability of MHD patients can be improved by a variety of exercise, especially by respiratory exercise during dialysis, aerobic exercise combined with resistance during dialysis or non-dialysis.更多还原
