【摘要】 高职教育是高等教育的重要分支,肩负着技术技能型人才培养的重要使命,校企合作和融合培养是当前高职院校发展的一个重要方向。本文在对我国高等职业教育发展历程和职业院校人才培养状况分析的基础上,指出了技能型人才培养与产学研融合发展存在的主要问题,提出"内涵培养、实训培养和职业能力"三大技能型人才培养核心动力要素,在此基础上,阐明了科学合理的培养方案、多元化教师队伍建设和紧密协作的校企联盟关系等产学研合作背景下的技能型人才培养的实现路径。对强化高职院校致力于技术技能型人才培养目标和复合应用型人才培养具有重要的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher vocational education is an important branch of higher education and shoulders the important mission of cultivating technical and skilled talents.School-enterprise cooperation and integrated training is an important direction in the development of higher vocational colleges.Based on an analysis of the development of higher vocational education in China and the status of talent training in vocational colleges,this paper points out the main problems in the development of skilled talent training and the integration of industry,university and research,and puts forwards three core driving forces for cultivation of skilled talents:"connotation training,practical training and professional ability".On this basis,paths of cultivating skilled talents in the context of industry-university-research collaboration,such as scientific and reasonable training programs,construction of diverse teacher teams,and closely-cooperative school-enterprise alliance relationship,are clarified in detail,which play an important role in strengthening the vocational colleges’ commitment to the cultivation of technical and skilled talents and the training of composite applied talents.更多还原
