250~550 nm高分辨空间外差光谱仪研制
Development of High Resolution Spatial Heterodyne Spectrometer within 250 ~ 550 nm
【摘要】 空间外差光谱仪具备结构紧凑、高光谱分辨率与高通量的优势,但它一次只能测量很窄的波段。为了同时获得宽光谱范围与高光谱分辨率,提出了基于波长扫描原理的宽谱段空间外差光谱仪设计方法。设计并装调了从紫外到可见光波段的高分辨率空间外差光谱仪。通过测量Hg、Zn标准光源的特征谱线,证明光谱仪能实现250~550 nm的光谱探测,光谱分辨率达到20 pm/330 nm。光谱测试结果满足设计要求,为宽谱段、高分辨率空间外差光谱仪的设计提供了依据。
【Abstract】 Spatial heterodyne spectrometer has the advantages of compact structure, hyperspectral resolution and high throughput,but it only measures a very narrow band at a time. In order to obtain wide spectral range and hyperspectral resolution at the same time,the design method of broad-band spatial heterodyne spectrometer based on wavelength scanning principle was proposed. A high resolution spatial heterodyne spectrometer from ultraviolet to visible band was designed and adjusted. By measuring the characteristic spectral lines of Hg and Zn standard light sources,it was proved that the spectrometer could realize the spectral detection of 250-550 nm and the spectral resolution could reach up 20 pm/330 nm. The spectral test results satisfied the design requirements,which provided the basis for the design of broad-band and high resolution spatial heterodyne spectrometer.
