基于LabVIEW的液压振动锤启停共振控制技术研究

【摘要】 在液压振动锤的启动和停止阶段,当振动锤的振动频率达到土壤的固有频率时,振动锤和土壤会出现强烈振动现象,对振动锤的工作寿命和安全性能造成极大影响。为消除此阶段的共振现象,在LabVIEW中设计液压振动锤的控制信号输出程序;采用软启动方式,并设置对比实验,以验证控制方式的可行性。实验结果表明:所提出的软启动方式能减弱液压振动锤启停阶段的共振现象。

【Abstract】 In the starting and stopping stage of hydraulic vibration hammer, when the vibration frequency of the vibration hammer reaches the natural frequency of the soil, the vibration hammer and soil will appear strong vibration phenomenon, which has a great impact on the working life and safety performance of the vibration hammer. In order to eliminate the resonance phenomenon at this stage, the control signal output program of hydraulic vibration hammer was designed in LabVIEW; the soft start mode of vibration hammer was adopted, and the comparative experiments were set up to verify the feasibility of the control method. The experimental results show that the proposed soft start method can be used to attenuate the resonance phenomenon in the start-stop phase of the hydraulic vibration hammer.
