水下作业工具库换接装置对接过程研究
Study on the Docking Process of Underwater Toolkit Switching Device
【摘要】 水下作业工具库换接装置主要用于连接水下作业工具与水下作业机器人所携带的液压源,为水下作业工具提供液压动力。设计一种换接装置,可实现2组液压回路的水下无污染连接。将换接装置公头总成与母头总成的对接过程简化为孔与轴的对接过程,利用ADAMS软件对给定参数下的对接过程进行仿真,结果表明:存在角度偏差时装置的对接力较大。
【Abstract】 The underwater toolkit switching device is mainly used for connecting the hydraulic source of underwater tools and remotely operated vehicles(ROVs), and provides hydraulic power for underwater tools. A new switching device was designed to realize the non-pollution connection under water of two groups of hydraulic circuits. The docking process between the male assembly and the female assembly of the switching device was simplified as the docking process between the hole and the axle. The ADAMS software was applied to simulate the docking process under the given parameters. The results show that the contact force is larger when the angle deviates.
