基于ANSYS柱塞副配合间隙的仿真分析与试验验证
Simulation Analysis and Experimental Verification of Piston Pair Clearance Based on ANSYS
【摘要】 挖掘机用斜盘式轴向柱塞泵经常出现柱塞"卡死"的现象,造成柱塞泵滑靴脱落,回程盘碎裂,使泵无法工作。为解决此问题,需研究柱塞与缸体的最佳配合间隙值。以排量112 mL/r的柱塞泵为例,利用ANSYS-Workbench软件对不同柱塞副间隙值的柱塞与缸体的压力变形、热变形和热力耦合变形进行仿真分析,研究不同的柱塞副间隙值对泵的容积效率的影响。通过分析提出柱塞与缸孔间隙的建议取值,通过试验验证,泵不会造成"卡死"现象,同时其容积效率可以达到96%~97%。此研究对不同斜盘式轴向柱塞泵柱塞副最佳间隙的选择提供了参考。
【Abstract】 Plunger adhering phenomenon of the swashplate axial piston pump used in excavator often causes the piston pump slipper to fall off and return tray to break, which makes the pump unable to work.To solve this problem, it is necessary to study the optimum clearance between piston and cylinder block.Taking the piston pump with 112 mL/r displacement as an example, the pressure deformation, thermal deformation and thermo-mechanical coupling deformation of the cylinder block and piston with different piston pair clearance values were simulated and analyzed by ANSYS-Workbench software to study the influence of different piston pair clearance values on the volume efficiency of the pump.By analyzing, the recommended clearance value between piston and cylinder barrel was propose.It is proved by experiment that the pump will not cause "stuck" and its volumetric efficiency can reach 96%~97%.This study provides reference for choosing the best clearance of different swashplate axial piston pumps.
