基于机器视觉的汽车滤芯密封性在线检测

【摘要】 针对当前汽车空气滤芯缺陷检测过程中存在的问题,提出并设计一套基于机器视觉的汽车滤芯密封性在线检测方案,实现了滤芯自动上下料、运动控制、图像采集与显示、图像分析处理等功能。该系统由PLC控制传送带的间歇运动、并联机器人的自动上下料和直角坐标机器人运动,工控机触发相机拍照获取滤芯图像。图像处理算法以Visual Studio 2015为平台,调用开源OpenCV数据库,获取滤芯内部每个腔室是否完全密封的信息。工控机将这些信息传送给PLC,PLC发送指令给并联机器人,实现滤芯合格与否分类。实验结果表明:该系统实时性好、准确率高,已达到企业检测要求。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems existing in the defect detection process of automobile air filter element,a set of on-line detection scheme for automobile air filter element sealing based on machine vision was proposed and designed.The functions of automatic loading and unloading of filter element,motion control,image acquisition and display,image analysis and processing were realized.In this system,the intermittent movement of conveyor belt,the automatic loading and unloading of parallel robot and the movement of rectangular coordinate robot were controlled by PLC,and the filter image was captured by the camera triggered by the industrial computer.In the image processing algorithm,Visual Studio 2015 was used as the platform,and the open source OpenCV database was used to obtain whether each chamber in the filter element was completely sealed or not.These information was transmitted to PLC by the industrial computer,and then the instructions were sent to the parallel robot through PLC to realize the classification of the filter element.The experimental results show that the system has good real-time performance and high accuracy.It has met the requirements of enterprises detection.
