复合材料内腔数控钻孔机床控制系统设计
Design of Control System for NC Drilling Machine Tool in Composite Material Inner Cavity
【摘要】 针对复合材料内腔钻孔加工过程中因人工钻孔引起的孔位置精度差、效率低等问题,设计了一套五轴联动机床闭环控制系统。在该系统软硬件设计过程中充分考虑了加工稳定性、可靠性、精确性。结合工件加工位置和机床结构,以数控系统为控制核心,在PC端精度补偿系统、数控位置指令、伺服控制系统共同作用下实现闭环控制自动补偿定位误差,并保证加工精度。通过试验对钻孔过程中定位精度进行验证,结果表明:钻孔质量和加工效率满足复合材料内腔钻孔加工要求,该系统具有一定的实际应用价值。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of poor hole position accuracy and low efficiency caused by manual drilling during the drilling process of composite material inner cavity,a set of five-axis linkage machine tool closed-loop control system was designed.In the design process of the system hardware and software,the processing stability,reliability and accuracy were fully considered.Combined with the workpiece machining position and the machine structure,the NC system was used as the control core,the automatic compensation positioning error under closed-loop control was realized and the machining accuracy was ensured under the joint action of the PC-end precision compensation system,NC position command and servo control system.The positioning accuracy of the drilling process was verified through experiments.The results show that the drilling quality and machining efficiency meet the requirements of composite material inner cavity drilling,and the system has certain practical application value.
