核黄素对种公鸭繁殖性能及子代生长发育的影响

【摘要】 该试验旨在研究核黄素缺乏对种公鸭繁殖性能及子代生长发育的影响。采用玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,试验料为颗粒料。利用玉米蛋白粉替代部分豆粕降低基础饲粮中核黄素的含量。采用单因子完全随机试验设计,选取50只14周龄雄性北京鸭,随机分为2组,每个处理5个重复,每个重复5只鸭。2个核黄素水平,对照组添加核黄素为15 mg/kg的饲粮(核黄素为16.46 mg/kg),缺乏组饲喂不添加核黄素的基础饲粮(核黄素含量为1.46 mg/kg)。试验周期为26周。结果表明:(1)核黄素缺乏对种公鸭精液品质、繁殖性能影响不显著(P>0.05);(2)与对照组相比,核黄素缺乏对后代采食量、日增重及料重比差异不显著(P>0.05);(3)核黄素缺乏显著降低子代盲肠指数(P<0.05)。研究结果说明,核黄素缺乏对种公鸭自身繁殖性能影响不显著,但显著降低子代21日龄盲肠指数。

【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of riboflavin deficiency on reproductive performance and offspring growth and development of drake. The basic diet was constituted of corn-soybean meal, and the experimental feed was particle. The corn protein powder was used to replace part of soybean meal so as to reduce riboflavin content in the basal diet. Fifty 14-week-old male Peking ducks were randomly divided into 2 groups with 5 replicates per group and 5 ducks per replicate in a single factor completely randomized trial design.Two riboflavin level were designed, the deficient group was fed basic diets without adding riboflavin(riboflavin content was 1.46 mg/kg), while the control group was fed basic diets adding 15 mg/kg riboflavin(riboflavin content was 16.46 mg/kg). The experiment period was 26 weeks. The results show:(1) riboflavin deficiency has no significant effect on semen quality and reproductive performance of drakes(P>0.05);(2) compared with the control, riboflavin deficiency also has no sigificant effect on feed intake, daily gain and feed weight ratio of offspring;(3) the progeny cecal index is decreased when riboflavin is deficient(P<0.05). It is concluded that riboflavin deficiency has no significant effect on reproductive performance of drake, but it greatly decreases the progeny cecal index of the offspring.
