茭白鞘叶日粮对湖羊生长性能、养分消化与血液生化指标的影响
Diet of Sheath & Leaves of Zizania latifolia on Growth Performance, Nutrient Digestibility and Blood Biochemical Indexes of Hu Sheep
【摘要】 为了科学合理地饲料化利用茭白鞘叶,该试验研究了全混合日粮添加茭白鞘叶对湖羊生长性能、养分消化与血液生化指标的影响。选择体况良好、出生日期和体重接近的72只2月龄断奶湖羊(♂48,♀24),采用2×2二因素随机区组试验设计,共4个处理,分别为风干茭白鞘叶TMR日喂2次组(D2)、新鲜茭白鞘叶TMR日喂2次组(F2)、风干茭白鞘叶TMR日喂1次组(D1)和新鲜茭白鞘叶TMR日喂1次组(F1)。结果表明:不同处理组湖羊生长性能、养分消化率差异不显著(P>0.05);风干茭白鞘叶组湖羊血浆谷草转氨酶活性和肌酐浓度增加(P<0.05),可能与该组TMR含有较多桑黄棒有关;日喂1次组湖羊的血浆白蛋白、甘油三脂浓度显著升高(P<0.05),血浆尿素氮浓度具有升高的趋势(P>0.05),可能与日喂1次组的有机物消化率较高有关。可见,全混合日粮饲养条件下,茭白鞘叶可作为湖羊的青粗饲料,饲喂效果较好;自由采食条件下,日喂1次较2次具有正向调控湖羊养分消化和血液营养代谢物的效果,未显著影响生长性能。
【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to study effects of TMR with fresh and air dried sheath & leaves of Zizania latifolia and feeding frequency on growth performance, nutrient digestibility and blood biochemical indexes of Hu sheep. Seventy-two 2-month-old healthy weaned Hu sheep(♂48, ♀24), with close birth date and weight, were selected. 2 × 2 two factor randomized block test design was adopted. Four treatments were respectively D2(air dried sheath & leaves of Zizania latifolia TMR twice a day), F2(fresh sheath & leaves of Zizania latifolia TMR twice a day), D1(air dried sheath & leaves of Zizania latifolia TMR once a day) and F1(fresh sheath & leaves of Zizania latifolia TMR once a day). The results showed that no significant difference was observed on growth performance and digestibility of Hu sheep between different treatment groups(P>0.05). The higher concentration of plasma glutamic transaminase activity and creatinine in D2 and D1 groups may be related to the TMR with more wasted medium of Phellinus igniarius(P<0.05).The concentration of plasm albumin and triglyceride increased significantly in the D1 and F1 groups(P<0.05), and the concentration of plasma urea nitrogen tended to increase( P>0.05), which may be related to the higher digestibility of organic matter. To sum up, the sheath & leaves of Zizania latifolia could be fed to Hu sheep under TMR condition, which has a better performance. Under free choice feeding condition, feeding once a day showed positive effect on regulating nutrient digestion and blood nutrient metabolites of Hu sheep than feeding twice a day, with an insignificant effect on growth performance.
