虚拟仪器技术在船舶燃气轮机叶片温度检测中的应用
Application of virtual instrument technology in temperature measurement of marine gas turbine blade
【摘要】 船舶燃气轮机的叶片长期工作在高压、高温的环境中,为了提高舰船动力系统的安全性,防止因燃气轮机叶片故障导致的动力系统事故,有必要对燃气轮机的叶片进行实时监测。本文结合虚拟仪器技术开发了一种舰船燃气轮机叶片的温度检测系统,分别从数据采集硬件结构和虚拟仪器技术软件编程等方面进行研究。
【Abstract】 The blades of marine gas turbine work in high pressure and high temperature environment for a long time. In order to improve the safety of marine power system and prevent power system accidents caused by blade failure of gas turbine, it is necessary to monitor the blades of gas turbine in real time. In this paper, a temperature detection system of marine gas turbine blade is developed based on virtual instrument technology. The hardware structure of data acquisition and software programming of virtual instrument technology are studied respectively.
