【摘要】 经深度净化、达到国家标准的合格建筑用海砂才可用于建筑。本文探讨了海砂深度净化的船用真空吸取技术以及生产线生产和产品信息化管理。实践表明,该技术对海砂深度净化有成效;采用该技术可对建筑用海砂进行生产线式生产,并在生产流程中均使用该技术;该技术以及生产线生产和产品信息化管理相结合,将在海砂资源产业化开发利用,特别是海砂深度净化中有着广泛应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sea sand can be used for construction only after reaching the national standard by deep purification. This paper discusses a marine vacuum absorption technology of deep purification of sea sand, and the production line and the information management of products. The practice shows that it is effective to use this technology for deep purification of sea sand. It can also be used for production line of construction sea sand. It is pointed out that the technology and the combination of production line and product information management have a broad application prospect in the industrial development and utilization of sea sand resources, especially in the deep purification of sea sand.更多还原
