波形钢板组合墙对拉螺栓受力机理及设计方法

【摘要】 波形钢板组合墙由双层波形钢板、内填混凝土以及对拉螺栓组成,具有良好的受力特性。对波形钢板组合墙中对拉螺栓极限状态及极限状态后的受力机理进行了分析。通过理论推导得到螺栓拉力的理论公式,从中提炼影响较大的重要参数。在此基础上建立精细化有限元模型,通过有限元结果与试验结果对比,得到与试验结果更加吻合的有限元模型,并用于参数分析。最终通过数值计算,得到波形钢板组合墙对拉螺栓拉力的设计公式。

【Abstract】 Concrete-infilled double steel corrugated-plate wall(CDSCW) is composed of double steel corrugated-plate, infilled concrete and split bolts between them, which has good mechanical performance. Mechanism of split bolts of CDSCW was studied in its limit state and post-limit state. Through theoretical derivation, the theoretical formula for predicting the tensile force of the bolts was conducted and some important affecting parameters were derived. Refined finite element model(RFEM) for simulating the bolts and CDSCW was established based on a series of comparison between FEM results and test results and was used for parameter analysis. Finally, design formula for estimating the tensile force of the bolts was established based on numerical investigation of the RFEM.
