透榫和单向直榫木节点耐火极限的试验研究

【摘要】 通过五个榫卯原木节点耐火极限试验,对透榫和单向直榫木节点的升温规律和耐火极限等进行了研究,主要考虑了节点类型和荷载比两个参数对其耐火极限的影响。结果表明:常温下单向直榫节点试件的承载力比透榫节点试件的承载力高;各测点温度随着受火时间的增加而升高,且停火之后温度下降较慢;测点离木截面表面距离越近,温度越高;相同类型的榫卯节点,随着荷载比的增加耐火极限减小;相同荷载比时,单向直榫节点耐火极限比透榫节点稍高。

【Abstract】 The temperature development law and fire endurance of one-way straight and through mortise-tenon timber joints were experimentally studied through fire endurance tests on five mortise-tenon timber joints, the effects of joint type and load ratio on their fire endurance were considered. Results show that the capacity of one-way straight mortise-tenon joint is higher than through mortise-tenon joints. Temperature increases with fire exposure time increasing and decreases very slowly after the fire stopped. The closer the measuring point to the surface of timber section is, the higher their temperature is. For the mortise-tenon joints of the same type, the fire endurance decreases with load ratios increase. For the mortise-tenon joints subjected to the same load ratios, the fire endurance of one-way straight mortise-tenon joint is slightly higher than through mortise-tenon joints.
