氧化石墨烯-银纳米复合物的原位绿色制备
Green preparation of GO-Ag nano complexes in situ
【摘要】 为了减小纳米银易团聚现象并增强银粒子活性,文中以改进的Hummer法为基础制备氧化石墨烯(GO),然后基于银镜反应原位绿色制备GO-Ag纳米复合物。用SEM,TEM,XRD,Raman, XPS,FTIR和UV-vis等对复合物进行表征。结果表明:复合物中的GO薄而透明,表面较均匀地负载着近似球形的Ag纳米粒子,粒径2.04—14.43 nm、平均粒径7 nm;在制备复合物的过程中GO的性质和表面功能基团几乎未改变,Ag粒子以0价态负载于GO上。该法成功制得GO-Ag纳米复合物,GO作为载体不仅抑制了银纳米粒子的团聚,而且增强了粒子的稳定性。
【Abstract】 For decreasing the agglomeration of silver nano particles and enhancing their activities, GO(Graphene oxide) was got firstly with the modified Hummer′s method. Then GO-Ag nano complexes were prepared greenly in situ based on silver mirror reaction. The constitution and structure of the as-prepared complexes were characterized with SEM, TEM, XRD, XPS, UV-vis, FTIR and Raman spectrometer, respectively. The results show that GO is thin and clear in the complexes, and Ag particles loaded evenly on the surface of GO are quasi-spherical with 2.04-14.43 nm diameter range and 7 nm mean size. Moreover, the nature and functional groups of GO change hardly when preparing the complexes, and the supported Ag particles on the surface of GO are zero valent. GO could not only keep back from the agglomeration of Ag nano particles, but also raise their stabilities.
