【摘要】 目的分析益气健心汤联合无创呼吸机治疗急性心衰合并呼吸衰竭的效果。方法方便选取该院2019年3月—2020年1月急性心衰合并呼吸衰竭患者共70例,数字表随机分两组,各35例,两组均给予无创呼吸机治疗,在此基础上,对照组的患者给予常规西医治疗,观察组则给予常规西医联合益气健心汤。比较两组治疗前后患者左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、左室射血分数、血气分析PaO₂、PaCO₂指标、总有效率,并比较半年复发率。结果观察组总有效率94.29%高于对照组74.29%,差异有统计学意义（χ²=5.285,P=0.022）。观察组半年复发率2.86%（1/35）低于对照组22.86%（8/35）,差异有统计学意义（χ²=4.590,P=0.032）。观察组治疗后患者PaO₂、PaCO₂、左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、左室射血分数分别是（84.61±7.56）mmHg、（31.24±3.55）mmHg、（36.32±1.27）mm、（44.15±2.21）mm、（48.61±0.21）%优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t=5.079、3.854、21.719、19.434、71.602,P<0.05）。结论无创呼吸机治疗的基础上,给予常规西医联合益气健心汤治疗,对于急性心衰合并呼吸衰竭的治疗效果确切,可改善患者心功能和血气情况和提高疗效,降低患者的疾病复发风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of Yiqi Jianxin decoction combined with non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of acute heart failure combined with respiratory failure. Methods A total of 70 patients with acute heart failure and respiratory failure from March 2019 to January 2020 in the hospital were selected. The digital table was randomly divided into 2 groups with 35 cases in each group. Both groups were given non-invasive ventilator treatment. On this basis,patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment, and the observation group was given conventional western medicine combined with Yiqi Jianxin decoction. The left ventricular end diastolic diameter, left ventricular end systolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction, blood gas analysis PaO₂, PaCO₂ index, total effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the half-year recurrence rate was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29% higher than that of the control group 74.29%, and the difference was statistically significant（χ²=5.285, P=0.022）. The half-year recurrence rate of the observation group was2.86%（1/35） lower than that of the control group 22.86%（8/35）, the difference was statistically significant（χ²=4.590, P=0.032）.
