【摘要】 目的研究胸腔镜下解剖性肺切除治疗I期肺癌的临床效果。方法方便选取2017年1月—2020年4月该院收治的85例I期肺癌患者为对象,按照入院顺序分为两组,开胸组42例接受开放手术治疗,胸腔镜组43例接受胸腔镜下解剖性肺切除治疗,比较两组效果。结果胸腔镜组切口长度、住院时间短于开胸组,术中出血量少于开胸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胸腔镜组术后并发症发生率为9.30%,低于开胸组26.19%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.170,P<0.05);胸腔镜组术后3个月1～28项评分均低于开胸组,29～30项评分均高于开胸组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.398、3.273,P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜下解剖性肺切除治疗I期肺癌相较开放术式效果更好,术后并发症更少,生存质量更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of anatomical lung resection under thoracoscopy in the treatment of stage I lung cancer. Methods From January 2017 to April 2020, 85 patients with stage I lung cancer treated in the hospital were conveniently selected divided into 2 groups according to the order of admission. 42 patients in the thoracotomy group received open surgery, and 43 patients in the thoracoscopy group received anatomical thoracoscopic surgery pneumonectomy treatment, compare the effects of the two groups. Results The length of incision and hospital stay in the thoracoscopy group were shorter than those in the thoracotomy group, and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the thoracotomy group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); the postoperative complication rate in the thoracoscopy group was 9.30%, which was lower than that in the thoracotomy group 26.19%,the difference was statistically significant (χ~2=4.170,P<0.05); the scores of 1-28 items in the thoracoscopy group were lower than the thoracotomy group after 3 months, and the scores of 29-30 items were all higher than the thoracotomy group, the difference was statistically significant(t=5.398, 3.273, P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with open surgery, thoracoscopic anatomical lung resection is more effective than open surgery, with fewer postoperative complications and higher quality of life.更多还原
