【摘要】 目的探讨激光治疗联合雷珠单抗对糖尿病视网膜病的治疗效果。方法方便选取2019年8月—2020年10月医院接收的78例糖尿病视网膜病患者作为研究对象,按照数字表评分法将患者划为对照组和研究组,每组39例。对照组患者使用眼底激光治疗,研究组患者使用眼底激光联合雷珠单抗进行治疗,观察分析两组患者治疗有效率情况、视力改善情况、不良反应发生率情况以及临床指标改善情况。结果研究组治疗有效率97.44%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.341,P<0.05);研究组视力改善率高于对照组、不良反应发生率低于对照组、临床指标改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为糖尿病视网膜病患者使用眼底激光联合雷珠单抗进行治疗,能够提升患者视力改善率,患者临床指标改善显著,治疗有效率得到明显提升,临床应用价值较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of laser therapy combined with ranibizumab on diabetic retinopathy.Methods Conveniently select 78 patients with diabetic retinopathy received from August 2019 to October 2020 were used as the research objects, and the patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the digital table scoring method, with 39 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with fundus laser, and the patients in the study group were treated with fundus laser combined with ranibizumab. Observation and analysis of the treatment efficiency, visual acuity improvement, incidence of adverse reactions and improvement of clinical indicators in the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.44%, which was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=7.341, P<0.05); the improvement rate of vision in the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, the improvement of clinical indicators was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The use of fundus laser combined with ranibizumab for the treatment of patients with diabetic retinopathy can improve the vision improvement rate of the patients, the clinical indicators of the patients have been improved significantly, the effective rate of treatment has been significantly improved, and the clinical application value is high.更多还原
