【摘要】 目的对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿采用孟鲁司特钠与普米克令舒联合治疗的效果进行研究。方法方便选择2019年1—12月该院收治的小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿102例作为该次研究纳入的研究对象。按照随机数表法将其划分为单药组和联合组,每组51例。通过普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗单药组,在此基础上,联合应用孟鲁司特钠治疗联合组。对比两组患儿的治疗效果及安全性。结果联合组总有效率98.0%,较之于单药组82.4%明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.533,P<0.05);在用力肺活量(4.4±0.7)L、第1秒用力呼气容积(3.7±0.6)L明显优于单药组的(3.1±0.6)L、(2.5±0.7)L,差异有统计学意义(t=3.763、3.529,P<0.05);联合组不良反应率达到了9.8%,单药组达到了7.8%,联合组较之于单药组明显略高,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.275,P>0.05)。结论针对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿采用孟鲁司特钠治疗效果确切,可以有效改善患儿的临床症状,且不良反应少安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of combined treatment of montelukast sodium and pulmicort in children with cough variant asthma. Methods A total of 102 children with cough variant asthma admitted to the hospital from January to December 2019 were conveniently selected as the research subjects included in this study. According to the random number table method, they were divided into single-drug group and combination group, with 51 cases in each group. The singleagent group was treated by Pulmicort Respules nebulized inhalation, and on this basis, montelukast sodium was combined to treat the combined group. The treatment effect and safety of the two groups of children were compared. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 98.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the single-drug group 82.4%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.533, P<0.05); in the forced vital capacity(4.4±0.7) L, the first second forced expiratory volume(3.7±0.6)L was significantly better than(3.1±0.6)L and(2.5±0.7)L in the single-drug group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.763, 3.529, P<0.05); the adverse reaction rate of the combined group reached9.8%, the single-drug group reached 7.8%, the combination group was significantly higher than the single-drug group,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ~2=0.275, P>0.05). Conclusion Montelukast sodium is effective in treating children with cough variant asthma. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the children, with few adverse reactions and high safety.更多还原
