【摘要】 目的研究阿立哌唑联合音乐疗法对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)共患情绪行为问题的疗效。方法选择ASD共患情绪行为问题突出的患儿80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予阿立哌唑治疗,观察组在此基础上联合音乐疗法,使用临床总体印象量表(CGI-SI)、自闭症行为检查表(ABC)、儿童自闭症谱系障碍评定表(CARS)和conner父母评估量表科学评估患儿的病情变化。结果治疗后两组患儿的病情严重程度均降低,而且观察组的CGI-SI、ABC、CARS评分以及conner父母评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑联合音乐疗法可有效改善ASD共患情绪行为问题,有利于减少患儿的不良情绪和行为,同时对患儿的社交能力也有明显提升,有助于促进其社会性发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of aripiprazole combined with music therapy on autism spectrum disorder(ASD) combined with emotional behavior problems. Methods 80 children with ASD combined with emotional behavior problems diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aripiprazole, and the observation group was combined with music therapy.The clinical general impression scale(CGI-SI), Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC), Children’s autism spectrum disorder rating scale(CARS) and connector parent assessment scale were used to scientifically evaluate the changes of children’s condition. Results After treatment, the severity of the two groups all decreased, and the CGI-SI, ABC, CARS scores and Conner parents scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Music therapy combined with aripiprazole can effectively improve the emotional and behavioral problems of ASD patients,reduce the bad emotions and behaviors of children, significantly improve the social ability of children, and promote their social development.更多还原
