【Abstract】 Autism spectrum disorder( ASD) in children is a kind of generalized developmental disorder that starts in infancy. About one-third of children with autism can not live independently and need lifelong care,which brings a heavy burden to family and society. This paper reviewed the research progress on the etiology of autism spectrum disorders in children from the aspects of genetic factors,biological factors,and nutrition during pregnancy. To clarify the etiology of autism spectrum disorder in children is helpful for targeted early screening and reasonable and systematic intervention.更多还原
