盐胁迫对不同小麦品种萌发生长及光合特性的影响

【摘要】 为探索不同小麦品种在盐胁迫下种子萌发及幼苗的生长发育情况,以小麦品种百农207、中麦22、临汾138、济麦27为材料进行水培,并分别用浓度为50 mmol/L和100 mmol/L的NaCl溶液进行胁迫,并统计种子萌发过程中发芽率和发芽势,幼苗的苗质量、根质量、苗长、根长及光合速率及其相关参数.结果表明,盐胁迫对于种子萌发过程中的发芽率和发芽势都有显著影响,显著地降低了小麦种子的发芽率和发芽势;低浓度的盐胁迫对于幼苗根鲜质量的影响并不显著,高浓度的盐胁迫可以显著降低小麦幼苗根的鲜质量,不论低浓度还是高浓度的盐胁迫都显著降低幼苗的鲜质量;盐胁迫可以显著降低小麦幼苗的光合速率、叶片的蒸腾速率、气孔导度和气孔限制值,随着盐胁迫浓度的增大而降低,胞间二氧化碳浓度和瞬时水分利用率也随之增高;通过光合速率和气孔限制值分析发现,低浓度盐胁迫下光合速率的降低为非气孔限制因素,而高浓度盐胁迫下光合速率的降低则是气孔限制因素.

【Abstract】 In order to explore the seed germination and seedling growth and development of different wheat varieties under salt stress, wheat varieties Bainong 207,Zhongmai 22,Linfen 138 and Jimai 27 were used as hydroponic materials and treated with NaCl solution of 50 mmol/L and 100 mmol/L,respectively,and the germination rate and germination potential during seed germination,seedling weight,root weight,seedling length,root length,photosynthetic rate and related parameters of seedlings were calculated.The results showed that:Salt stress significantly affected the germination rate and germination potential of wheat seeds,and significantly reduced the germination rate and germination potential of wheat seeds;Low concentration of salt stress had no significant effect on the fresh root weight of seedlings,but high concentration of salt stress significantly reduced the fresh root weight of wheat seedlings,and both low concentration and high concentration of salt stress significantly reduced the fresh root weight of seedlings.The photosynthetic rate,leaf transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and stomatal limit of wheat seedlings were significantly decreased under salt stress,and the intercellular CO2 concentration and instantaneous water use efficiency were also increased with the increase of salt stress concentration.Through the analysis of photosynthetic rate and stomatal limit value,it was found that the decrease of photosynthetic rate under low salt concentration was a non-stomatal limiting factor,while the decrease of photosynthetic rate under high salt concentration was a stomatal limiting factor.
