除虫菊素与多杀菌素复配对麦二叉蚜的联合毒力及田间药效
Co-toxicity of pyrethrins and spionsad against Schizaphis Graminum on wheat and field efficacy
【摘要】 为了使生物农药的防治效果有所提升,降低农药残留对环境的危害,延缓害虫抗药性.研究采取带虫浸渍法测定除虫菊素与多杀菌素复配对小麦蚜虫的联合毒力并通过田间试验监测其防效和持效性.研究结果表明:除虫菊素与多杀菌素有效成分为400∶1与44∶1时,其共毒系数分别为143.96和101.89;有效成分比例为450∶1是最佳比例,其LC50质量浓度为31.328μg/m L.田间药效试验中,复配药剂除虫菊素:多杀菌素(7+420)m L/hm2防治效果较好且持效强,药剂处理14 d后防除效率达到90.0%.除虫菊素和多杀菌素在混配使用上增效显著,对有效控制小麦蚜虫的危害并减少农药的使用提供了合适的方法.
【Abstract】 To improve the effect control of biological pesticides,reduce the harm of pesticide residues to the environment and delay pest resistance.In this study,the co-toxicity of wheat aphid with pyrethroid and spinosad was determined by leaf-dipping method,and its control and retention were monitored by field experiments.The results showed that the co-toxicity coefficients were 143.96 and 101.89 respectively when the effective components of pyrethrin and polygermicide were 400∶1 and 44∶1.The active component ratio of 400∶1 is the best ratio,and its LC50 is31.328 g/mL.In the field experiment,the compound pyrethroid:polygermicide(7+420) ml·hm-2 had a good prevention and control effect,and the prevention and removal efficiency reached 90.0% after being treated with the agent for 14 days.The combination of pyrethrins and spinosad showed significant synergistic effect,which provided a more suitable method for controlling the harm of wheat aphid and reducing the use of pesticide.
