【Abstract】 The implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy needs the support of science and technology and talents from colleges and universities. By analyzing the importance of University knowledge spillover in serving rural revitalization,this paper reveals that the performance of university knowledge spillover is affected by the subject factors of knowledge spillover,the object factors of knowledge acceptance,the related situation factors,and the time factors of knowledge spillover. It is clear that university knowledge spillover can be achieved by building a perfect talent training mode,improving the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements,and establishing the long-term mechanism of University plus Agricultural Technology Extension System,giving play to the advantages of precision education,and assisting the inheritance of rural culture to promote the process of Rural Revitalization.更多还原
