竹粉/尾矿复合陶粒吸附苯酚研究

【摘要】 以竹粉、膨润土、膨润土尾矿和选钛尾矿为原料,制备3种不同组成的竹粉/尾矿复合陶粒,研究不同添加量、pH、吸附时间、苯酚初始浓度和温度等因素对苯酚吸附的影响,并比较不同陶粒对模拟废水中苯酚的吸附情况,筛选出最佳组分和最佳处理条件.研究结果表明,3种陶粒对苯酚均有一定的吸附作用,在最佳条件下,3种陶粒对苯酚的吸附率可达85%以上.其中,有2种陶粒的制备原料全部采用废弃物,具有成本低、吸附率高的特点.利用废弃物制备的复合陶粒能够有效处理含苯酚废水,该方法具有综合利用二次资源和以废治废的特点,有利于环境治理和降低企业废水处理成本.

【Abstract】 Three kinds of bamboo powder/tailings composite ceramsite were prepared with different composition of bamboo powder,bentonite,bentonite tailings and titanium tailings.The phenol absorption effect of these composite ceramsite were studied in simulated phenol wastewater with different amount of ceramsite,pH,adsorption time,initial concentration of phenol and temperature.By comparing the adsorption results,the best components and treatment conditions were founded.The results show that the three kinds of ceramsite all have a certain adsorption effect on phenol.Under the best conditions,the adsorption rate of the three kinds of ceramsite can reach more than 85%.Moreover,two konds ceramsite were prepared from waste and could effectively treat wastewater containing phenol.The method of comprehensive utilization of secondary resources to treat wastewater is conducive to environmental governance and further reduces wastewater treatment costs.
