【摘要】 研究生思想政治教育肩负着为国家培养高层次创新人才的历史重任,关乎我国高层次人才"为谁培养"的问题。当前高校研究生思想政治教育存在弱化现象,特别是教育主体育人力量往往处在分散状态。面对新时代新形势新任务,亟需重新构建研究生思想政治教育的模式,落实立德树人的根本任务。运用系统思维的方法来构建研究生思想政治教育合力育人模式,是时代必然、改革必需、教育必要。其构建的主要策略是:强化高校党委的主体责任,增强研究生思想政治教育的领导力;明确各教育主体职责分工,提高研究生思想政治教育的执行力;搭建教育主体协同交流平台,形成研究生思想政治教育的配合力,从而系统地加强研究生思想政治教育的育人合力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ideological and political education of Postgraduates shoulders the historical responsibility of cultivating high-level innovative talents for the nation, which is related to the problem of "for whom" high-level talents in China are trained. At present, the ideological and political education of postgraduates in colleges and universities tends to be weakened; especially the educational power of the educational subject is often in a decentralized state. Facing with the new era, the new situation and new tasks, it is urgent to restructure the mode of ideological and political education for graduate students, and truly implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. Using the method of systematic thinking to structure the joint efforts education mode for graduate students’ ideological and political education is an important measure to meet the need of the era, the need of the reform and the need of the education. The main strategies of its construction are: strengthening the entity responsibility of the Party committee of colleges and universities; enhancing the leadership of ideological and political education of graduate students; making clear the assignment of responsibilities of the main body of education; improving the executive power of ideological and political education of graduate students and building a platform for collaborative exchange of education subjects to develop a cooperation force of ideological and political education of graduate students so as to systematically strengthen the joint force of ideological and political education of graduate students.更多还原
