考虑动态分合的可重构设施布局方法研究

【摘要】 考虑生产过程中同类设施多点布置情况,文章提出一种考虑动态分合的可重构设施布局方法。采用空间填充曲线描述设施位置和面积的信息、拆分和合并的定义,引入物料小车描述布局中物料动态分配。在此基础上,考虑设施能力约束,构建以优化物料运输成本和设施重构成本之和为目标的设施布局模型,并提出一种适用的遗传-粒子群混合算法求解模型。最后,用算例说明动态分合可重构设施布局的优越性、可行性和有效性。算例显示,相对于可重构设施布局,动态分合可重构设施布局的方案费用更低;相对于分布式布局(单周期),动态分合可重构设施布局搜索速度更快。

【Abstract】 Considering the multi-position arrangement of similar facilities in actual production activities, a method of dynamic split-and-merge combination of reconfigurable facilities layout(DC-RFL)is proposed. At first, the space filling curve is introduced to accurately describe the facilities’ locations, the facilities’ area and the principle of facilities’ detaching and merging operation. At the same time, the material trolley is used to describe the dynamic of material’s allocation in the layout. Based on the above conditions, considering the constraints of facility capacity, a facility layout model is constructed to optimize the sum of the material transportation cost and the facility reconfigurable cost, and an applicable genetic-particle swarm hybrid algorithm is proposed. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the advantages of the dynamic split-and-merge combination of reconfigurable facilities layout and the feasibility and validity of the method. The example shows that the DC-RFL can obtain a lower cost of layout compared with the reconfigurable facility layout, and the scouting speed of DC-RFL is faster than the distributed layout(single cycle).
