【摘要】 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,总结了前期水上救生课题研究成果.从课程的必要性、理论依据等方面分析研究了中、小学水上救生课程的开发,内容包括:中小学水上救生的三个等级标准,授课教师考核标准,课程安全保障体系和课程组织模式等标准化课程开发.水上救生课程具体实施中遇到的难点包括政策支持、安全保障体系、硬件设施等.在课程的实施过程中通过逐步落实水上救生课,最终建成独立系统的一门安全保障课程.更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper summarizes the previous research results of the related topics. From the necessity and theoretical basis of the course,this paper analyzes and studies the development of primary and secondary school water rescue course. The content includes: the development of three levels of primary and secondary school water rescue standards,teacher standards,curriculum security system,curriculum organization model and other specific standardized curriculum development. The difficulties encountered in the specific implementation of the course,including policy support,security system and hardware facilities. In the course of the implementation process,we can gradually implement the water life-saving course,and finally achieve the goal of building an independent system of a safety assurance course.更多还原
