【摘要】 以美国职业篮球运动员协会运行机制为研究对象,探究该协会的组织结构、经费来源等相关特征。结论:美国职业篮球运动员协会服务宗旨清晰;其内部组织结构与负责人遴选制度较为完善;经费来源手段多样化、经费收支受联盟与球员代表双重监管;物权制度与制约机制简洁、高效。我国CBA职业联赛已经正式进入"管办分离"阶段,应借鉴美国职业篮球运动员协会运作经验,构建我国职业篮球运动员协会,这对于我国竞技体育职业化的可持续发展有着重要的参考意义与现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The National Basketball Association’s operational mechanism is used as an object of study to explore the association’s organisational structure, funding sources and other relevant features. The NBA’s service objectives are clear; its internal organisational structure and selection system for the head are relatively sound, its funding sources are diversified, and its income and expenditure are subject to dual supervision by the league and the players’ representatives, and its property rights system and control mechanism are simple and efficient. China’s CBA professional league has officially entered the stage of "separation of management and administration", and should draw on the operational experience of the NBA to build China’s professional basketball players’ association, which has important reference and practical significance for the sustainable development of the professionalization of competitive sports in China.更多还原
