【摘要】 根据"卓越教师培养计划2.0"的总体要求,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,分析和探究卓越体育教师应具备的核心素养,针对核心素养培养优化与重组课程体系提出建议,包括:优化课程体系,应从卓越体育教师应具备的核心素养为出发点,根据课程体系的价值取向,包括卓越体育教师培养需要的根本价值、体现体育教育专业继承与发展价值、人才培养的特色价值,以卓越体育教师培养标准要求的知识、能力和素质的形成为主线,由基础性课程到模块课程,自上而下,分解统一;同时对原课程体系整合重组时,要注重知识结构的系统性和知识点布局的全面性,处理好必修课程与选修课程之间的关系,注重实践课程的设计,将核心素养培养贯穿于整个课程体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the general requirements of "Excellent Teacher Training Program 2.0", using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper analyzes and explores the core quality of excellent physical education teachers, and puts forward some suggestions on optimizing and restructuring the curriculum system for the cultivation of core quality. It includes to optimize the curriculum systemand should start from the core quality of excellent physical education teachers, according to the value orientation of the curriculum system, including the fundamental value of excellent physical education teachers’ training needs, the value of reflecting the inheritance and development of physical education specialty, the characteristic value of talent training, and take the formation of knowledge, ability and quality required by the training standard of excellent physical education teachers as the main line, from the basic curriculum to the module curriculum, from top to bottom, decomposition and unification. At the same time, when integrating and reorganizing the original curriculum system, it should pay attention to the systematicness of the knowledge structure and the comprehensiveness of the layout of knowledge points, deal with the relationship between compulsory courses and elective courses, pay attention to the design of practical courses, and put the cultivation of core literacy throughout the whole curriculum system.更多还原
