【摘要】 在调研国内外教师创新创业教育研究经验和成果的基础上,结合地方院校教学实践,对当前农业院校创新创业教育中专业教师的培训及培养机制进行了系统分析,并提出缺乏有效的激励机制、双创教师实践能力偏弱、评价体系缺乏科学性等问题是制约当前双创教育的关键因素。在此基础上,针对性提出了双创教师队伍建设的一系列思路和对策,以期达到提高高校专业教师从事双创教育积极性的良好效果。对完善国内教师创新创业教育体系建设具有较好的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the experience and achievements of researches on teachers’ innovation and entrepreneurship in China and abroad, combined with the teaching practice experience of local colleges and universities, this paper systematically analyzed the training mechanism of professional teachers in innovation and entrepreneurship education in local agricultural colleges and universities, and put forward a series of construction insights and strategies on this basis.
