高盐沙地固沙乳液用乳化体系的耐盐性及对微生物生长的影响

【摘要】 本论文主要选用阴离子与非离子表面活性剂作为高盐沙地生态固沙用乳化体系,详细地考察了不同类型表面活性剂的耐盐性能、对NaCl结晶行为,以及它们对E.coli和沙土微生物生长的影响。耐盐性实验结果显示,非离子表面活性剂的耐盐性能优于阴离子表面活性剂,但阴离子表面活性剂SDS与非离子表面活性剂LF均具有良好的耐盐性能;且不同类型的表面活性剂对NaCl结晶行为的影响不同,非离子表面活性剂LF能够有效控制NaCl结晶粒子的尺寸,提高其分散性。微生物实验发现,在实际应用中,SDS和LF不会影响沙土细菌的生长,其作为高盐沙地生态固沙用乳化剂,均能满足生态固沙的要求。

【Abstract】 In this paper, anionic and nonionic surfactants were selected as emulsifying systems for ecological sand fixation in high salt-affected sandy land.The salt tolerance, NaCl crystallization behavior of different surfactants and their effects on E.coli and microbial growth in sandy soil were investigated in detail.The results of salt tolerance test showed that the salt resistance of nonionic surfactant was better than that of anionic surfactant, but both anionic surfactant SDS and non-ionic surfactant LF had excellent salt resistance performance; and different types of surfactants had different effects on the NaCl crystallization behavior, and the non-ionic surfactant LF could effectively control the size of NaCl crystal particles and improve its dispersibility.It was found that, in practical application, SDS and LF could not affect the growth of bacteria of sandy soil.These results indicated that surfactant(SDS and LF),as emulsifiers for ecological sand fixation in high salt-affected sandy land, could meet the requirements of ecological sand fixation.
