【摘要】 课堂教学质量评价是教学质量管理的关键内容.该研究旨在分析原有课堂教学质量评价体系的优缺点前提下,提出构建新的大学体育课堂教学质量评价体系的思路和原则:适切性原则、多元化原则、价值性原则.通过专家访谈法、德尔菲法、AHP层次分析法,以"学生体育核心素养"为视角构建新的大学体育课堂教学质量评价指标体系,并在评价体系中增加了教师反思环节,最终形成了教学准备、教学过程、教学效果、教学反思4个一级指标和12个二级指标,以及各指标的权重,在一定程度上可以提高课堂教学质量评价的科学性和适切性,完善教学管理.更多还原

【Abstract】 Classroom teaching quality evaluation is a key element of teaching quality management. This study aims to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the original classroom teaching quality evaluation system and propose the ideas and principles of constructing a new university physical education classroom teaching quality evaluation system:the principles of appropriateness,diversity and value. Through the expert interview method,Delphi method and AHP hierarchical analysis method,the new evaluation index system of university physical education classroom teaching quality was constructed from the perspective of"students’ core physical education",and teachers’ reflection was added to the evaluation system,which finally formed four primary indicators of teaching preparation,teaching process,teaching effect and teaching reflection,and 12 secondary indicators. This system can,to a certain extent,improve the scientificity and relevance of classroom teaching quality evaluation and improve teaching management.更多还原
